I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. I initially visited because I was having an eye problem that I thought might be an allergy. I spent around ₹1,250 on the consultation and medicines, including a lubricating eye drop, an ointment, and an antibiotic/steroid eye drop. I was told it was an allergy and was asked to continue the medication for 15 days and come back for a follow-up. After 15 days, I went back for the second consultation and was again charged, but I still wasn't given a clear explanation of what was actually wrong with my eye. I was simply told to continue the same medications. I was also told that my eye pressure had increased and was advised to get tests costing around ₹3,000. I then decided to consult another doctor, and I was finally told that I had a concretion in my eye, which could be removed directly. I honestly wish this had been identified and explained during my first visits. I felt that I wasn't properly examined or given a clear diagnosis, despite spending a considerable amount of money. The experience left me feeling that I was being unnecessarily charged for consultations and medications instead of receiving proper guidance. Patients deserve a clear diagnosis, proper explanation, and transparent treatment advice. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I received that here.
